Evan Fialla creates his masterpiece at the Fourth Annual Chalk Walk event hosted by the Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association in Brandon, Fla. The annual event draws artists young and old to the center, which shares space with the Brandon Regional Library in the Sandy Rodriguez Center, at 619 Vonderburg Drive in Brandon, Fla.
"It's neat that they have these community events," said Evan's mother, Cathy, who noted that her son also has attended Center Place events at Christmastime and at Halloween. As for Chalk Walk, she added, "I just thought it would be something fun to do."
Hundreds of artists turned out for the family friendly event, which featured goodie boxes from Chick-fil-A on Lumsden Road and a magic show by Mr. Bones.
