Julia's mother, Frances, says putting her children in community theater has many payoffs. "The confidence from being in front of other people and just learning from all the interactions," she says. "The ability to listen to what someone else is saying and pulling off what's expected of them in regard to their spots in the play."
"My kids have a lot of fun doing this," Frances Stacy adds.
