NOTES FROM THE SHOW'S PROGRAM:
Mollie Anderson (Florence Unger): A native of the south, Mollie is enjoying playing the part of a New Yorker. Accomplishments include "Miss Tampa 1977" and "Miss St. Petersburg" 1978, lead vocalist for two USO tours and a professional cheerleader for seven years. Recent stage credits include "Hello Dolly" (Dolly Levi, "Annie Get Your Gun" (Annie Oakley) and "Mame" (Vera). Winner of two [Village Players of Valrico] MVP Awards for Best Actress, two MONTI awards for Best Actress and the 2007 Entertainer of the Year. Mollie feels alive when she's on stage and she is proud to be married to Billy -- the world's greatest, most supportive, encouraging and loving husband. Shehas four handsome, intelligent, talented sons/stepsons: Austin, Alex, Trevor and Trent. "The best way to direct a play is to surround yourself with talented, creative and capable people. I have been truly blessed to have such a wonderful cast and crew. They made my job so much easier. I'd like to thank the board of the Village Players for all of their help and support and for giving me the chance to direct one of my favorite plays. Special thanks to the following for their help with props, costumes, set materials, construction, etc. . . Maurice Cecchini, Josie Costa, Joe Paquin, Patrick Brown, LLT's Building Supplies Inc., Intercity Lumber and the incredible ladies in my cast."
