Carlton Jones, co-founder of Footlights Theatre Productions and founder of the MONTI awards, helps to the stage Gail Pierce of the Village Players of Valrico. Gail accepted a MONTI in remembrance of James McCabe, the namesake of the theater in Valrico. McCabe died unexpectedly in November, 2001.
