By LINDA CHION KENNEY (Posted Nov. 29; Updated Dec. 2): "Saving Christmas" returns for a seasonal run at the James McCabe Theater in Valrico, at 506 Fifth St. in Valrico. The show is suitable for families and involves the antics of a mischievious elf upon whose shoulders falls the task of, you guessed it, saving Christmas. The show, which includes some magic and illusions, was written and directed by Vincent "Vinnie" Natale. His wife, Barbara "Barbie" Natale, also a Bloomingdale High graduate, owns Entertainment Factory. Visit: http://www.efmagic.com. Vinnie Natale gets silly with cast members, from left, Hannah Eaves, Brooke Hogue and Julie Conti. "You can make a lot of new friends (in community theater)," Conti said. Added Eaves: "I saw 'Peter Pan' and it looked interesting and I wanted to try out."

Moe the elf, played by Michael Horrocks, is more than a bit overwhelmed by the Santa tracker.
